Prior written permission
Except as permitted by applicable law, no third party may copy, reproduce, adapt, manufacture, commission the manufacture of, distribute or otherwise exploit Smartstreets Limited’s protected product designs or other intellectual property without its prior express written consent under a licence granted by Smartstreets Limited.
Any licence must expressly identify the rights granted and the permitted purpose, scope and duration of use. Permission for one use does not authorise any other use, onward licensing or transfer unless expressly agreed in writing.
No implied licence
Access to this website, receipt of information or purchase of a product does not transfer intellectual property ownership or grant any licence to reproduce or commercially exploit Smartstreets Limited’s intellectual property. This does not restrict the ordinary intended use of a lawfully purchased product, any rights expressly granted in writing, or any use permitted by applicable law.
